Rear Dormer Loft Conversion, Brentford, TW8

This project involved converting the loft of a home in Brentford into a comfortable and modern living area. The attic previously had limited headroom and was mainly used for storage.
After completing a detailed structural survey, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to increase the usable floor space and create full-height living areas.
The rear dormer design allowed us to install large windows, bringing natural light into the new rooms and making the loft feel bright and spacious.

Client’s Problem
The homeowner needed extra living space but wanted to avoid the expense of moving house.
Their main challenges included:

• Only one bathroom serving the entire property
