Rear Dormer Loft Conversion, Claremont Road, Teddington

This project involved converting the unused loft of a property on Claremont Road in Teddington into a bright and modern living area. The attic previously had limited headroom and natural light, making it unsuitable for everyday use.
After an in-depth structural inspection, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to increase the usable floor area and provide full headroom throughout the new space.
