Rear Dormer Loft Conversion
8–9 Weeks
The homeowners wanted to expand their living space by converting their attic into two new bedrooms, making the property more adaptable for family life.
This project involved converting the loft of a family home on Courtlands Avenue in Hampton into a functional and inviting living space. The attic had previously been underutilised due to low headroom and lack of natural light.
After carrying out a full structural survey, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to maximise usable floor area and create spacious rooms.
The rear dormer allowed us to install large windows at the rear elevation, which brought in abundant natural light and made the rooms feel bright and open.
