Rear Dormer Loft Conversion, East Acton, W3

This project involved the transformation of an unused attic space in a family home in East Acton into a modern and functional new floor. The existing loft had restricted headroom and was mainly used for storage.
After assessing the property, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to maximise internal space and provide full standing height throughout the new rooms.
The addition of the dormer allowed us to introduce large windows at the rear, ensuring the loft became a bright and welcoming part of the home.

Client’s Problem
The homeowners needed more space as their family grew, but relocating was not a practical option.
