Rear Dormer Loft Conversion, Isleworth, TW7

This project involved upgrading an underutilised loft in a semi-detached home in Isleworth into a fully functional new floor. The attic had potential but lacked proper flooring, lighting and insulation.
After assessing the roof structure, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to increase usable floor space and create a comfortable living environment.
The dormer design allowed us to open up the loft and install large windows that filled the space with natural light.

Client’s Problem
The homeowners needed additional bedrooms as their household was growing, and the existing layout no longer met their needs.
