Rear Dormer Loft Conversion
8–9 Weeks
The homeowner wanted to transform their unused loft into a comfortable bedroom with a modern bathroom to create more functional living space.
This project involved converting an underused attic space in a home on Roxwell Road in Shepherd’s Bush into a bright and practical new living area. The loft previously had limited headroom and was mainly used for storage.
After a detailed assessment, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to increase usable space and provide full standing height throughout the new floor.
The dormer extension allowed large rear-facing windows to be installed, bringing natural light into the loft and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
