Our client wanted to maximise the unused roof space of their detached bungalow and transform it into a practical and spacious family home. The goal was to create two additional double bedrooms and a large shower room, turning the property into a modern four-bedroom home suitable for a growing family.
We worked on this spacious detached chalet bungalow located on a quiet residential road in Hardy Avenue, Ruislip. The property already had a generous footprint and a large loft area with excellent potential for conversion.
