We worked on this spacious detached chalet bungalow located on a quiet residential road in Hardy Avenue, Ruislip. The property already had a generous footprint and a large loft area with excellent potential for conversion.
The homeowners were keen to increase living space without extending the property’s footprint. After assessing the structure, we proposed a rear dormer loft conversion to create a functional first floor while maintaining the character of the bungalow.
The new loft layout now includes:
