Rear Dormer Loft Conversion, Shepherd's Bush, W12

This project involved transforming an unused attic space in a home in Shepherd’s Bush into a bright and modern living area. The loft previously had restricted headroom and was only being used for storage.
Following a full structural survey, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to maximise usable floor space and create full standing height across the new level.
The rear dormer extension allowed for large windows to be installed, bringing natural light into the new rooms and creating a welcoming environment.

Client’s Problem
