Rear Dormer Loft Conversion, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11

This project involved converting the loft of a property in Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 into a bright and practical living area. The attic was previously underutilised due to low headroom, limited light and difficult access.
After a full structural and roof inspection, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to maximise the usable space and create full-height rooms throughout the new floor.
