Rear Dormer Loft Conversion, Wensleydale Road, Hampton, TW12

This project involved converting an underused loft in a home in Hampton into a bright and practical living area. The attic previously had limited headroom and was only used for storage.
After a detailed structural survey, we recommended a rear dormer loft conversion to maximise floor space and create full standing height across the new level.
The dormer extension allowed large rear windows to be installed, bringing natural light into the loft and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Client’s Problem
