Velux Loft Conversion

The homeowner wanted to transform their loft into a bright bedroom and a new bathroom without making major structural changes to the roof.
This project focused on converting an unused attic in a home in Brentford into a comfortable and light-filled living space. The loft had suitable height but required structural upgrades, insulation and better access.
After assessing the property, we recommended a Velux loft conversion as the most cost-effective and least disruptive option. This approach allowed us to retain the existing roofline while making the space fully functional.
Multiple roof windows were installed to bring in natural light and fresh air, creating a bright and welcoming environment.
